At NedSail, we believe it's important that you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your order. within 14 days of receipt register for return.

Note: The Avenue complete and neat returned products are eligible for a full refund. Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a partial refund or refusal.


Legal Cancellation Information

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt to cancel without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation you have the right to cancel again 14 days the time to return your product.

You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs (from us to you) credited. Only the costs for the return shipment Shipping from you to us is at your own expense. This cost is approximately 7,25 euro per package (check your carrier's website for exact rates).

To exercise this right, you can register the return via your NedSail Account (see Step 1). We will then transfer the amount due within 14 days after registering your returnrefund, provided the product has been received in good order.

Damaged or Incomplete Returns

If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to assess the product, a partial refund may be issued. Therefore, please pack the product carefully and return it in its original condition.

Warranty & Complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it's possible that a product doesn't function properly or is damaged during transport. In that case, you can make a warranty claim.

All our products have the legal warranty (conformity) applicable. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer expect. can reasonably expect from, given the nature of the product, the price and the information we provide about it.

If a defect occurs, we request that you report this within two months of discovery to report to us via info@nedsail.nl. If the defect is covered by the legal warranty, we will take care of it free for repair, replacement or a suitable solution.

We also offer a 12-month service warranty on manufacturing and material defects. This service guarantee covers no detriment to your legal rights as a consumer.

Damage resulting from improper use, drop or water damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating instructions is not covered by the warranty.

Complaint

It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing to info@nedsail.nl From 15 February 2016, it is possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
